You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers and a few spells. Whether you're wondering about shipping, sizing, or why your candle isn’t working, we’ve got you covered.
🛍️ Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, contact us ASAP. We process orders within a few minutes, and once they’re in production, they’re locked in.
Can I combine discount codes?
Generally our system only allows one discount per order, but occasionally we run a super sale. If we do, you'll know.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Give the gift of choice with our digital gift cards. They're perfect for witches who know what they want.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
It depends on the product. Digital orders and most print on demand products ship to most places in the world. Others ship only to the United States.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on what you ordered and where you’re summoning it to.
- Apparel (leggings, boots, shoes, hooded blankets), are custom created for you on demand and take 3-5 weeks to receive from them time you order. It's how we reduce waste.
- Wall prints and drinkware take about 2 weeks.
- Digital products should arrive in your inbox instantly. If they don't, check your spam box. If they're not there, contact us.
How much does shipping cost?
If you're in the U.S., shipping is free. Everywhere else depends on the product and is calculated at checkout.
Do you offer express shipping?
Nope. We recommend patience. Or time travel.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Because some of our products ship from different places. Your boots and your candles are not besties (yet), so they take different routes to reach you. (It's also how we can charge $0 in shipping. If I ordered everything to us then shipped it to you, that would get spendy fast.)

What is your return policy?
🔮 Digital Products → If your Witchy Planner or digital download isn’t working for you (wrong device, too complicated, Mercury retrograde interference), let us know.
👢 Shoes → Ordered the wrong size? We’ll replace them for free—because your feet deserve to be both magical and comfortable.
🖤 Made-to-Order Items (Leggings and Hooded Blankets) → Everything else is made just for you, which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If you don’t want it, consider regifting it or donating it to a fellow witch—it might be exactly what they need.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items → If something arrives looking like it went through a time warp, reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
👢 Witchy Footwear (Boots & Sneakers)
What are your boots and sneakers made of?
Boots: 100% vegan PU leather, rubber outsoles, and a steel shank for extra support.
Sneakers: Breathable mesh uppers with EVA foam insoles for cloud-like comfort.
Low-Tops: Classic vegan canvas with a durable rubber sole.
Do your shoes run true to size?
Our sneakers and shoes run true to size.
Our boots are made for wide feet. If you have a wide foot, order your normal size. If you have a narrow or average-size foot, order a half size down.
Examples:
You have a wide foot and usually wear a 7. Order a 7.
You have a normal or average-size foot and wear a 6.5 or 7. Order a 6.5 or wear thicker socks.
Are your boots waterproof?
They’re water-resistant, not waterproof. A little rain? You’re fine. Full-on storm summoning? Maybe grab some waterproof spray.
How do I take care of my boots & sneakers?
Wipe them down with a damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals and nonstop sunlight.

What are your candles made of?
100% soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrances—no toxic nonsense, just clean-burning magic.
How long do your candles burn?
Each candle burns for 50-60 hours, but if you treat it right (trim the wick, burn it evenly), it’ll last even longer.
Do different candle colors have different meanings?
Absolutely. Red for passion, black for protection, green for prosperity—each color carries energy. Choose wisely, or just grab them all.
How do I cleanse and charge my candle before using it?
Hold it, set your intention, and light it up. If you’re extra, leave it under the full moon or cleanse it with smoke before burning.
📖 Digital Downloads & Witchy Planners
What file format do your digital products come in?
Most are high-quality PDFs—perfect for printing, journaling, or staring at intensely while absorbing knowledge.
Can I print the digital grimoire pages at home?
Yes! They’re designed for easy printing, so you can add them to your Book of Shadows, spell journal, or wall of chaotic inspiration.
How do I edit the Witchy Planner?
You’ll need an app that lets you annotate PDFs—we like GoodNotes, but any similar app works. If things aren’t working, make sure you’re in editing mode, not navigation mode.
What if I lose my digital file?
No worries! Once you’ve purchased it, it’s yours forever. If your computer eats it, log back in and redownload. If you can't find it, contact us.

What size should I order?
Check the size chart! Our leggings are stretchy and true to size.
Are the leggings squat-proof?
Yes. Feel free to move freely. Nothing’s showing through.
Are your clothes machine washable?
Yes! Cold wash, gentle cycle, no bleach. Air dry if possible, or tumble dry low if you must.
