Our physical products are only available to be shipped to the United States.

If you place an order for a digital product, you will receive an email within 24 hours of your purchase that contains either a link to the file or a downloadable PDF.

Physical orders are created just for you and ship within 2-5 business days of your order, with an estimated time of arrival of 14 days after your order is placed.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

For physical products, we send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. You can also check an order's status in your account.

If you have not received an email, check your spam folder or log into your account to see the status.

If it's been a week since you placed your order and you have not received an email, please contact us.

If you placed your order through one of our affilaite partners, please contact them directly.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our awesome products, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Physical products are created just for you, so we are unable to exchange them or returns. Please regift them or donate them to someone in need.

We're sorry, but we can’t change any information on an order once it has already been processed for shipment, including details like your shipping address, billing information, item, size, or quantity. Please double check all details before placing your order.

We also cannot cancel orders after they’ve been processed.

The undated witchy digital planner is meant for iPads as it requires an annotating app like GoodNotes to use.
