We believe in magic, not waste. Because many of our products are custom-made for you or travel to you from independent partner vaults around the world, we don't handle traditional physical returns.
Instead, we focus on No-Hassle Resolutions. If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right. No physical return or shipping labels required.
Here is exactly how we handle each corner of our shop:
Digital Products (Planners & Downloads)
If your digital download or planner isn't working for your device, feels too complicated, or Mercury retrograde messes up your file sync, don't worry. Send us a quick note and we will gladly issue a full refund or send you a corrected format.
Footwear (Shoes and Boots)
Ordered the wrong size? We've got your back (and your feet). Because we want you to feel both magical and comfortable, we offer one free size replacement per footwear order. You don’t even have to ship the original pair back to us. Donate them to a friend, a local shelter, or someone in need.
Everything Else
Everything else on our site is custom-printed just for you or sourced directly from our suppliers and other independent small businesses.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order the wrong apparel size.
If an item doesn't fit your current vibe, we warmly encourage regifting it to someone who might need that exact bit of magic in their life.
What If Something Arrives Damaged or Defective?
If an item arrives physically damaged, has a printing defect, or was the wrong item entirely, we will replace it or refund you instantly.
How to claim your replacement:
