🔮 Digital Products → If your Witchy Planner or digital download isn’t working for you (wrong device, too complicated, Mercury retrograde interference), let us know—we’ll refund you. No questions, no curses.

👢 Shoes → Ordered the wrong size? We’ll replace them for free—because your feet deserve to be both magical and comfortable.

🖤 Made-to-Order Items → Everything else is made just for you, which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If you don’t want it, consider regifting it or donating it to a fellow witch—it might be exactly what they need.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items → If something arrives looking like it went through a time warp, reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
