- Returns: You may not return or cancel your Pagan Grimoire e-gift card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel an e-gift card order purchased prior to its use should contact admin@pagangrimoire.com
- Limitations: The maximum value that can be associated with any one e-gift card is five hundred dollars ($500.00). You may not use an e-gift card to purchase other e-gift cards. E-gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

Because we do not keep a traditional physical warehouse, we pass those structural savings directly onward to you.
Expect Multiple Packages
If you order a mix of items (like a handcrafted candle and a silver pendant), they will likely ship from different independent partner locations.
Please do not worry if your package arrives with only part of your order!
It simply means the rest of your treasures are casting their own spell from a different vault. You will receive a separate tracking email for each package as it heads your way.
Shipping and Delivery Timelines
Most Items ship out within 2–5 business days, and take 1–2 weeks to arrive.
Because we partner with independent small shops and individual makers, fulfillment times can vary. Some ritual tools and kits are curated from small-batch creators who operate on a slightly slower, more mindful timeline. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for these unique items to reach your space.

No-Hassle Resolution Policy
Because our items are carefully curated directly from independent small businesses and small-batch suppliers, we do not handle traditional, stressful physical returns. That means no printing shipping labels or rushing to the post office.
Change of Mind & Vibe Alignment
Because these specialty items are carefully requested from our unique global partners on an individual order basis, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
If a piece doesn't perfectly align with your current practice or personal vibe, we warmly encourage regifting it to a fellow practitioner or passing it along to someone who might love that exact piece of magic in their life.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
